Spicy hairtail
Overview
Hairtail is warm in nature, sweet and salty in taste; it returns to the liver and spleen meridians. It has the functions of nourishing the spleen, replenishing qi, warming the stomach, nourishing the liver, rejuvenating the skin, nourishing qi, nourishing blood, and strengthening body.

Wash the hairtail and cut it into pieces. Add a little salt, a teaspoon of cooking wine and ginger and marinate for ten minutes

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into a non-stick pan and heat until 70% hot and fry the hairtail fish

Fry until the skin is golden brown. Flip and continue frying until both sides are browned. Remove and set aside

Chop ginger, garlic, pepper and millet

Add the prepared ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant

Add two teaspoons of light soy sauce, one teaspoon of cooking wine, and half a teaspoon of dark soy sauce to the fried hairtail
