Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Prepare the scallop meat, shred the peppers, cut some shredded ginger, and mince the garlic.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, blanch the scallop meat, remove and drain, and set aside.

Add oil to the pot, add shredded chilies and fry until raw.

Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry.
