Overview
The New Year has finally passed, and it’s time to relax. It’s not easy to celebrate the New Year. I don’t know if you guys feel the same way. I have nothing to do and bake some cookies for my baby.

Some ingredients: butter, egg yolks, sugar, milk powder

Because I put the butter in the freezer, I took it out and melted it in the microwave, then put it outside the window to solidify

Add sugar

Then weigh the milk powder

Use a whisk to stir it manually for a few times, then beat it at low speed. The volume will increase and the color will turn white

Pour in the egg yolks one at a time and beat

Sift in flour

Use a spatula to stir evenly into a thick consistency

Put the bottom of the piping bag into the cup and turn the mouth down

Use a shovel to scoop the batter into the stocking bag

Tighten your mouth

Squeeze onto baking sheet

Don’t leave the space in the middle too small, otherwise it will expand during baking

The florets are very beautiful. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for ten minutes until the edges are golden

The cookies are very crispy
