Mushroom and Snow Peas
Overview
Shiitake mushrooms, also called white mushrooms, often appear as one of the three fresh vegetables. In fasting, shiitake mushrooms are one of the important raw materials. Shiitake mushrooms are fungi with high protein, low fat, polysaccharides, multiple amino acids and multiple vitamins. Regular consumption can improve the body's immune function, delay aging, and improve indigestion and other conditions. Snow peas are neutral in nature and sweet in taste, and have the effects of relieving middle and lower qi, benefiting the spleen and stomach, producing body fluids and quenching thirst, and eliminating hiccups. Regular consumption of snow peas can improve the weakness of the spleen and stomach, and it also plays an important role in enhancing the metabolic function of the human body.
