Ingredients: freshly wash the short ribs, blanch them in water and set aside, one white radish, cut kelp into strips, green onion, ginger and star anise.

Put the short ribs into the pot first, add onion, ginger and star anise, add rice wine and pure water and simmer.

Stew until the short ribs are cooked until the soup is white. Add the radish cubes and kelp and stew together.

Stew until the short ribs are tender and the radishes are translucent. Season with salt (I don't add chicken essence, it depends on the individual).
