Grilled Prawns with Tomato Sauce and Bacon
Overview
The prawns are wrapped in bacon and grilled, then topped with a sweet and sour tomato sauce. It is served with wine and rice, and is suitable for all ages. It is especially loved by children. Safe and additive-free Heinz tomato products are the first choice.

Wash the prawns, remove the whiskers, gun and feet, remove the sand lines, peel off the shell in the middle, leaving the heads and tails;

Put it into a large bowl, add a little salt, cooking wine and black pepper and marinate for 15 minutes;

Cut the bacon into two pieces;

Wrap the prawns in bacon from the middle and secure with toothpicks;

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and apply a little cooking oil;

Place washed asparagus on top;

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 10 to 15 minutes;

When grilling the prawns, prepare the gravy: put 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, a little sesame oil and 3 tablespoons of water into a small bowl;

Stir evenly and set aside;

Start the wok, add the sauce, heat over low heat and stir until the sauce thickens;

Arrange the grilled prawns and vegetables on a plate and pour or dip them in the sauce.
