Prepare the required ingredients: as shown.

Slice the lean meat and marinate with marinade for 10 minutes.

Cut the parsley into sections, slice the carrots, prepare some minced garlic, tear the fungus into small pieces by hand, blanch the carrots and fungus for three minutes, I forgot to take a photo of the cucumber.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the lean meat and turn it a few times to change color, then place it in a bowl and set aside.
