Wash the crucian carp.

Onions, ginger, garlic, pepper and aniseed are ready.

Put light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper together to make a sauce.

Heat oil in a pan, add crucian carp and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Pour in the seasonings and bring the sauce to a boil.

Pour in boiling water to cover the crucian carp.

Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

Remove the juice over high heat.

Take out of the pan and sprinkle with coriander and minced garlic.
