Stir-fried loofah with tomatoes
Overview
I think everyone is familiar with these two ingredients, luffa scrambled eggs, luffa egg soup, tomato scrambled eggs, etc. I bought young luffa yesterday, and I was thinking of making luffa egg soup, but I didn’t have any eggs, and there happened to be two tomatoes. It should be good to match, and the color is attractive enough. I have eaten meat these two days, and occasionally some vegetarian ones will definitely be delicious and contain quite good vitamins

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients. The loofah I bought is a tender small loofah. It looks juicy and delicious
-
Use a peeling tool to gently trim off the outer skin, wash it and cut it into long strips of even size. Make it a little larger, otherwise it will be too easy to fry and become unpalatable
-
Cut the tomatoes into pieces, wash the seeds, drain the water and set aside
-
Add oil to the pot, add minced garlic over low heat and sauté until fragrant
-
Turn to high heat and stir-fry the loofah
-
After the loofah becomes soft, add tomatoes and stir-fry evenly
-
Add appropriate amount of sesame oil, salt and a little MSG to taste and stir-fry evenly
-
Are you very appetizing looking at these green loofahs and red tomatoes?

Although this dish is simple, it is really delicious. I just finished it after one plate
