Salmon reverse sushi
Overview
Kewpie Salad Dressing sent a trial gift pack in the mail, so I bought fresh salmon, simmered a pot of fragrant rice, and made sushi to eat. Everything with vegetables and rice was solved, hehe

Salmon slices

Cut the carrots into strips and blanch them in boiling water

Cut cucumber into strips

Fry the eggs into slices and cut into strips

Take a piece of seaweed, put a piece of plastic wrap underneath, mix the rice with a little sushi vinegar and spread it flat on top

Turn the seaweed and rice over and place them on the plastic wrap

Place cucumber and carrot sticks on top and squeeze Kewpie dressing
