Prepare ingredients.

Cut grass carp into pieces, add appropriate amount of salt, peanut oil, and white wine and marinate for 15 minutes.

Pat the marinated fish pieces piece by piece with a layer of flour.

Heat oil in a pan, put the fish pieces coated in flour into the pan and fry over low heat.

Use a bowl to add appropriate amount of water, sugar, tomato paste and soy sauce to make juice.

Cut some ginger and chili peppers.

After the fish pieces are browned, add shredded ginger and chili and stir-fry for a few times.
