Homemade loofah strips
Overview
I like loofah. No matter how you cook it, it is very nutritious. It can be stir-fried, stewed, or made into soup. It can be cooked alone or combined with other ingredients.

Wash the loofah, peel and cut into strips, and chop the green onions.

Heat oil and sauté chopped green onions.

Add loofah strips.

After stir-frying evenly, add salt and light soy sauce to taste, add an appropriate amount of dried shrimps and cook slightly.
