Coffee mousse

Coffee mousse

Overview

The aroma of coffee permeates the entire making process, making everyone intoxicated, haha. This coffee mousse is not topped with creamy white chocolate ganache. The finished product is just as beautiful and tastes great. And I made a simple decoration, a little cream, and garnished with red cherries. It was just as beautiful, and my friends marveled: I can't bear to eat it, I really can't bear to eat it. I am busy with work every day, busy with my children and housework, and occasionally relax and treat myself to a small dessert, a piece of music, alone or with a few friends, chatting and laughing, what a beauty in life!

  7. Pack the mousse liquid into a piping bag and put it into the mold. It can be easily removed from the mold by freezing it in the refrigerator for a few hours; if you use a mousse cup, it can be refrigerated for 4 hours.

  8. After unmoulding, beat 50 grams of light cream and 15 grams of powdered sugar, squeeze on the cream, and decorate with fruits.
