Fried Double Ding
Overview
The old man often says: The lotus root blooms and the leek blooms. In other words, lotus roots in bloom and leeks with flowers gone are the most delicious. Lotus root contains less starch in summer and is tender and crispy. It is a good choice to stir-fry plain or with diced pork slices. The so-called double dices are diced lotus root and diced meat.
