Steps
-
Mix all the ingredients except butter and knead into a smooth dough
-
Add butter to the dough and continue kneading until it expands,
-
Bake the dough into a basin, cover it with plastic wrap and let it ferment in a warm place for about 1 hour
-
Steamed sweet potatoes are mashed and set aside
-
Cut the bell peppers into round strips
-
Cut olives into slices
-
Take the tuna out of the can and break it into small pieces
-
The dough is ready to ferment until doubled in size
-
Divide the risen dough into three parts
-
Press with your hands to release the air, or use a rolling pin to remove the air
-
Cover the flattened dough with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes
-
Take a piece and roll it out with a rolling pin
-
Place the sweet potato puree not along the edge of the noodles, but not right next to the edge. Leave a certain distance so that it can be rolled up later
-
Arrange the edges of the dough and put it into the baking pan (I used an 8-inch pie plate). Use a fork to make rows of holes to prevent the dough from rolling up during baking
-
Brush a layer of pizza sauce on the bottom of the cake
-
Sprinkle a layer of grated cheese on top of the pizza sauce
-
Sprinkle tuna on top of shredded cheese and sprinkle with green and red pepper rings and black olives
-
Sprinkle a layer of grated cheese on the above ingredients and bake in the oven. Bake at 200 degrees for 8 minutes
-
After the cheese melts, take it out and add a layer of fish and other ingredients
-
Sprinkle another layer of grated cheese
-
Bake again at 200 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
