Overview

A few days ago, I was lucky enough to receive the Wudao Wuchang rice from a friend. The texture of the rice is very good, the grains are plump, and the rice has a rich aroma, so I used it to make this lotus-flavored pork rib rice that I have wanted to make for a long time. This is a very unique dish. As a natural cooking ingredient, lotus leaf has a unique flavor whether it is cooking rice or cooking.   3. Soak the dried lotus leaves in light salt water for 1 hour (the lotus leaves will float when soaked in water, just put a heavy object on them)

  4. After washing the ribs, add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, white pepper, sugar, ginger slices and green onions, stir evenly and marinate for 1 hour

  5. After soaking the lotus leaves, place them on the rice cooker steamer

  6. Wrap the marinated pork ribs in rice

  7. Put it into the steamer and coat each rib with rice. When everything is done, put the remaining rice grains on top

  8. Wrap the ribs and use toothpicks to fix them in the middle (note: the height of the lotus leaf package is best at 2/3 of the steamer), start cooking, and steam for 1 hour
