Bacon Chive Cheese Roll
Overview
Bacon is made from smoked pork breast or other cuts of meat. It is rich in phosphorus, potassium, sodium, fat, carbohydrates and other elements, and has the functions of strengthening the spleen, appetizing, dispelling cold and digesting food. Chives are also our common condiments, which can remove fishy smell and increase flavor. Cheese can supplement calcium and improve immunity. Traditional bread is made by mixing butter into the dough, but the small meal bag I made today uses flaxseed oil. The taste is no different from that made with butter, but it is healthier.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the bread ingredients, cut the bacon into small pieces and mince the chives
-
First pour milk and sugar into the bread bucket, then pour 20 grams of flaxseed oil. The other 5 grams of the ingredients are used for filling later
-
Then pour in flour, milk powder and yeast
-
Start the "kneading" program and knead the dough until it is very moist and a thin film can be pulled out; make the dough into a round shape and put it into a bread barrel for basic fermentation. You can cover it with a damp cloth to prevent the surface of the dough from drying out
-
When the dough is 2.5 times its original size, dip your fingers in flour and poke holes in the top of the dough. If it does not collapse or shrink, the fermentation is successful
-
Take out the dough, place it on the kneading mat, deflate and let it rest for 5 minutes, then roll it into a rectangular sheet about 3 mm thick
-
Pour about 5 grams of linseed oil on the dough sheet and spread evenly with your hands
-
Evenly spread bacon bits and chopped chives
-
Roll into a roll from top to bottom, seal tightly
-
Divide into 6 equal parts
-
Put the cut side up, put it into the mold, and carry out secondary fermentation in a warm and humid place
-
When the dough has nearly doubled in size, sprinkle some cheese sticks on the surface; preheat the oven to 180 degrees
-
Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven, 180 degrees, with upper and lower heat for 20 minutes
-
Charred on the outside and tender on the inside, so fragrant
-
Bacon and chives are really delicious
