Overview
In autumn, chestnuts are on the market in large quantities. I went to the suburbs to buy some chestnuts and roasted them in the oven at home. It tastes delicious!

Clean the chestnuts and make a small slit on each chestnut with a knife.

Add vegetable oil and stir evenly so that each chestnut is evenly coated with oil.

Place tin foil on a baking sheet and spread chestnuts evenly on the baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

Take out the chestnuts and brush with a layer of brown sugar water.

Continue to bake for 5 minutes
