Orleans Grilled Rice Cake
Overview
The baked rice cake is fragrant, glutinous and chewy. When I was a kid, I loved gathering around the fire and baking rice cakes with charcoal. It was super delicious. We don’t have charcoal now, we have an oven, and we put a few pieces of meat, using Orleans barbecue ingredients, mix it, and bake it for 15 minutes

Prepare ingredients.

Slice pork belly and mix well with barbecue ingredients.

Add the rice cake, a little olive oil, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Place the pork belly on the baking sheet and top with the rice cakes.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
