Sugar and oil daddy

Overview

Sugar-oiled daddy has always been my favorite. Fortunately, I can make everything myself in a foreign land

I used the leftover dough from making glutinous rice balls during the Lantern Festival
Make 20 round dumplings
Dissolve brown sugar with warm water
Put oil in the pot, add the flattened glutinous rice balls
Fry both sides until brown, add brown sugar water and fry over low heat
After the water is basically boiled, you can take it out and skewer it like skewers. You can also put it directly in a bowl and let it cool slightly before it is delicious
