Overview
One kilogram of frozen raw butterfly shrimp purchased online is usually fried! Thinking of a new way to eat it, I tried it based on the recipe of boiled fish!

Cold butterfly raw shrimps purchased online

After cleaning, add cooking wine, salt and black pepper and marinate for 15 minutes

Prepare onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili segments

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic, chili segments and Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant

Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir well. It is best to use Pixian bean paste. I don’t have it at home

Add an appropriate amount of stock and bring to a boil, then add some salt to taste

Add butterfly shrimp

Add some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, and I also added some chicken powder

Cook until the shrimp changes color and then turn off the heat
