Cut the white radish into pieces, cut into comb shapes and let dry slightly to remove moisture.

Boil a bottle of boiling water, wait for it to cool down, add salt, pour it into an oil-free, clean and airtight container, and then add the dried white radish.

Add a slice of lemon, 2 caps of white wine and white vinegar, and a spoonful of maltose to the bottle and seal it. After two or three days, you can have crispy, sweet and sour pickled radish.
