Pork skin jelly
Overview
In fact, I have wanted to make frozen pork skin for a long time, but I was a little hesitant because it would take a long time. Yesterday I went to the vegetable market to buy shredded pork. I saw that the boss had a bunch of good meat skins on the shelf, and the price was also cheap. It was 4 yuan a pound, so I picked some good meat skins. You can eat it for a long time once you make it, and you can also make soup dumplings.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the purchased meat skin once and soak it in water for two hours
-
Put the soaked pork skin in a pot of water. After the water boils, let it simmer for a few minutes until it becomes slightly soft
-
Take it out, wash it with warm water, and use an eyebrow clip to remove the pig hair. Then I used a knife to scrape off the thick layer of white fat on the meat skin. I scraped it three times, until basically only the skin was left. I also scraped the outer skin surface once.
-
Wash with warm water several times.
-
Cut the cleaned pork skin into small dices, add about four times the amount of water, wrap the seasonings and gauze. I don't have gauze (just wrap it with oil paper, it will work), and simmer over medium heat for an hour. Add salt, sugar, and light soy sauce according to your own taste. I put it lightly because I can't finish so much pork skin jelly at once, so I plan to use it to make soup dumplings when I have time.
