Steps
-
Have all materials ready
-
First, knead the other ingredients except butter and raisins into a ball, then add butter and continue kneading for about 15 minutes until smooth.
-
Ferment until doubled in size.
-
Soak the raisins in warm water for a while, wash them, squeeze out the water, and let them dry.
-
Take a piece of dough and knead it into a strip about 2cm in diameter.
-
Cut into sections approximately 2.5-3cm long.
-
Flatten it with your fingers and add the raisins. I put two raisins in each grape seed,
-
Wrap it, make it round, with the seam facing down. Put greased paper on the baking sheet, make one directly, and place it in the right place. Remember to cover it with a cloth to prevent it from drying out.
-
Take a piece of dough, roll it into a cake about 0.5cm thick, and trim it to look like grape leaves. Use a knife to stamp the texture. You can make several in different sizes using the same operation.
-
Place it on the baking sheet, take another small piece of noodles, roll it into tapering strips, and arrange it like grape whiskers.
-
Cover with a cloth and leave to ferment in a warm place for about half an hour.
-
It's really beautiful.
-
Show off, show off.
-
After fermentation, brush with whole egg wash and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the middle and lower racks for about 20 minutes. When you see that the color is ideal, cover it with tin foil.
-
The golden color is so attractive.
-
Weighing 810g, it looks like a big bunch of grapes.
