Overview
Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer. If you eat radish in winter, you can make soup or pickle it! The pickled radish I made this time should be a basic version. It uses small ingredients and is relatively simple to make.

Wash and slice the white radish, add 2 tablespoons of salt, stir evenly with chopsticks, cover and marinate for 30 minutes. During this period, drain out the water two or three times.
