"Baked buns" that respond to every request
Overview
Recently, my husband has become more and more picky about the taste. Because I was too anxious to make steamed buns the day before yesterday, the noodles did not rise well, and the steamed buns were a bit hard at the bottom. My husband had an opinion. He said that it was so hard that it was better to bake it, and he had to eat grilled buns... Who knows that I am a cook, and I will answer every request! I have baked snacks and cakes before, but this is really my first time making steamed buns. Hey, just do whatever you want!

After the refrigerated leftover buns are defrosted, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and brush a layer of egg yolk on the buns. You can actually skip this step. I just think the color will look better this way. After preheating is completed, put it in the oven for 3 minutes. After that, brush another layer of cooking oil and continue baking for 5 minutes.

Next, brush a layer of honey, sprinkle with a layer of sesame seeds, and put it in the oven for about 7 or 8 minutes.

Just color the buns, if you like them crispy you can bake them a little longer.
