Take a deep basin and pour 350g of plain flour

Add 1/2 tsp pepper powder and 1/2 tsp salt

Fry over medium heat until all the white color of the dough fades

Fry until small bubbles form, then turn over and fry for a while. The whole process takes about 2~3 minutes
