Healthy multigrain red bean steamed bun
Overview
Autumn is the harvest season, and all kinds of vegetables, fruits, and grains will soon come to us fresh and fresh. It is said that rice and noodles are the most nourishing to people, especially Chinese people’s constitution, which is more suitable for all kinds of rice, noodles, porridge and rice. For autumn fat, there is nothing more nourishing than whole grains. This steamed bun is really great - in addition to all kinds of whole grains, I also specially added red adzuki beans, and in order to increase the taste, I also used pure brown sugar, which not only nourishes the body, but also nourishes blood and qi. What's more, it has a solid texture without losing its spiciness, and is sweet and delicious without being overly sweet. It is suitable as a staple food or even as a snack. Especially suitable for female friends! Absolutely not to be missed!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak red adzuki beans thoroughly in advance;
-
Add appropriate amount of water into the pot and cook;
-
After cooking, add brown sugar and stir until melted;
-
When it cools down to about body temperature, separate the red beans and the water in which they were boiled;
-
Add all the powder to the red beans;
-
Add yeast powder;
-
Mix well;
-
Add the water used to cook the red beans in small amounts at a time, and mix well while adding. (I added about 150ml)
-
Knead into a uniform dough;
-
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature until 1.5 to 2 times in size and full of bubbles when pressed;
-
Flatten the fermented dough to deflate it;
-
Dip your hands in water, take an appropriate amount of dough (any size), and pat it into a cone shape first;
-
Then use the thumb of one hand to take out the "wo wotou" (coordinate both hands. I took the photos myself, so I can't express it fully. But it is said that in the past, girls who couldn't "pin" the wowotou couldn't get married, haha~)
-
After "kneading" them, put them into the basket, put them in the steamer and steam them over high heat for 25 to 30 minutes. (Most of them need to be steamed for a while, and some of the smaller ones need to be steamed for a while. However, because of the soybean noodles, they are not easy to cook, so you can steam them for a while).
