Let’s cook the noodles first. Because they are for children, I chose dried noodles. Hand-rolled noodles are better. Boil until soft, take out and put into cold water and set aside.

Prepare the ingredients: Mix the meat filling with starch and cooking wine and marinate it; slice the mushrooms and blanch them; cut the onions into small dices, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, and wash the snow peas.

Heat olive oil and sauté onions.

Add the meat filling and fry until cooked.

Add tomatoes and stir-fry evenly, add boiling water, level with ingredients, add tomato paste, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer until soft tomatoes.

Add mushrooms, salt, sugar, and black pepper.

Add snow peas and cook briefly.

Add noodles and mix well.

Add cheese and stir until melted.

Take it out and sprinkle with black pepper.
