Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Remove the tendons from the green beans and soak them thoroughly.

I steam the bacon and sausage in the rice cooker while cooking. You can also cook it in water and then slice it for later use.

Boil the green beans in boiling water for about three minutes, drain into cold water and cut into sections.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and stir-fry dried chili until fragrant.

Add the green beans and stir-fry (because the green beans are already cooked).

Add some salt and stir well.

Finally add the cured meat and stir-fry evenly and it’s done.
