Overview
Youxian dried fragrant originated in Youxian, Hunan Province. It was introduced into Hunan cuisine recipes after 2000 and developed rapidly. Now Youxian dried fragrant is famous throughout the country along with Hunan cuisine. Youxian dried fragrant is exported to Guangdong, Fujian, Hainan, Beijing, Shanghai and other parts of the country. Youxian dried incense is a famous local specialty of soy products in Hunan. Youxian Xiangdian has the advantages of strong pot aroma, smooth texture, sufficient toughness, and pure taste. It is a local specialty home-cooked dish suitable for all ages.

Wash and slice the Youxian dried incense and pork belly, and cut the Hunan green and red peppers into rings and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it up, fry the dried Youxian fragrant sticks, remove and set aside. Leave a little oil in the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry. After a while, add ginger slices, garlic slices, appropriate amount of bean paste, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.
