After weighing the butter, add powdered sugar and salt, beat the butter a few times with egg beaters until the volume is slightly fluffy and the color turns white.

Press the egg yolk with your thumb and sift it into the fluffy butter.

Weigh the cake flour, cornstarch, chocolate powder and milk powder and mix.

Mix the flour and sift it into the butter.

Knead into a ball, place in a plastic bag and refrigerate for an hour.

After refrigeration, take out the dough, knead a portion of it into a small dough, place it neatly on a non-stick baking sheet, and then press it gently with your thumb until there are slight cracks. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes and finish at 170 degrees in 15 minutes.
