  1. After weighing the butter, add powdered sugar and salt, beat the butter a few times with egg beaters until the volume is slightly fluffy and the color turns white.

  5. Knead into a ball, place in a plastic bag and refrigerate for an hour.

  6. After refrigeration, take out the dough, knead a portion of it into a small dough, place it neatly on a non-stick baking sheet, and then press it gently with your thumb until there are slight cracks. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes and finish at 170 degrees in 15 minutes.
