Pork ribs and stewed radish
Overview
When I was a kid, adults would use a big casserole to stew big bones on the stove when winter came. The radish in the bone soup was always so delicious! Nowadays, fewer and fewer people use casseroles, and the big bones may have been replaced by short ribs, but the delicious combination of radish and ribs has never changed!
