Grilled Chicken Wings with Hot Sauce
Overview
I rarely eat chili sauce because I can't tolerate spicy food at all, but this time I used chili sauce to grill chicken wings. The spiciness is really just right. You might as well give it a try.

Wash the chicken wings and wipe off the water, prick the surface of the chicken wings a few times with a fork to better absorb the flavor during marinating;

Cut the green onions into sections, cut the onions into pieces, and cut the ginger into shreds;

Put the chicken wings into a container, add scallions, onions, shredded ginger, cooking wine, tomato sauce, bean paste, and chili sauce;

Stir evenly, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight;
