Hen, Yam and Mushroom Soup
Overview
The hen is rich in nutrients and delicious, and coupled with two kinds of mushrooms, it is really delicious. Especially suitable for winter supplementation.

Add chicken pieces, ginger slices, boil in cold water, remove and wash

Put it in a casserole and add cooking wine

Add astragalus and red dates
