I use Northeastern rice, wash it and soak it for half an hour. The soaked rice is easy to cook.

Wash the prepared lettuce, coriander, and enoki mushrooms, put them on a plate and set aside. Cut the pork into strips, add one spoon each of cooking wine, soy sauce, oil, and starch, and marinate for half an hour.

Brush the inside of the casserole with a layer of oil and add soaked rice.

When the rice water in the pot is dry, reduce the heat to low

Add the marinated pork, spread it out in a thin layer, crack in two eggs (this is for two people), and place enoki mushrooms around it.

Place the cilantro and lettuce on top, cover the pot, simmer over low heat for 5 to 8 minutes and then eat.

The final picture of the finished product does not include the square sauce.

The sauce contains minced garlic, fried chili peppers, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, and a little chicken essence.
