Supreme Shrimp Pizza
Overview
I've been wanting to make pizza for a long time after buying the oven, but I haven't done it yet due to the lack of materials. I finally planned the time yesterday, and was fooled into going for a very nonsense test. After running 26 kilometers, it turned out to be in vain. I couldn't help but want to curse~~~~~ But it doesn't matter. This nonsense interview made me more determined in the direction of my foodie life, baking. I'm really ready for next year, come on!

Put the main ingredients except butter into a basin and knead it into a dough (the first time it took nearly an hour to knead the dough)

After the butter has softened, add it to the dough and continue kneading until the dough fully absorbs the butter. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment for an hour in an environment of about 30 degrees Celsius (this is my first time kneading the dough, and I kneaded it for nearly an hour. Adding butter will make it sticky, so knead it slowly. If it doesn’t work, add a little more flour and milk powder. A little bit is enough)

Now make the pizza sauce. Cut the tomatoes and onions into small dices and mince the garlic. Weigh out the rest of the seasonings except butter and put them in a bowl for later use

Melt the butter in the pot

Add onion and garlic and saute until fragrant

Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes and reduce the juice

Prepare ingredients: slice mushrooms, cut onions into rings, dice ham, dice green peppers, cut shrimps with salt
