Overview

When I first arrived in the north, there were no vegetables for sale at all. Now that transportation has become more convenient, there are vegetables for sale in the north, but generally there are only one or two shops selling them in the market, because almost all the people who buy and eat the vegetables here are southerners, and northerners don't know how to cook them. Although there are some for sale, they only sell vegetables, not complete vegetables.

  1. Peel off the old skin of the vegetables and clean them.

  2. Cut the vegetables into thin slices.

  3. Add two tablespoons of salt and marinate the vegetables for about 20 minutes.

  4. While marinating, chop the chives and coriander and set aside.

  5. Squeeze the marinated vegetables into a bowl

  6. Add three spoons of soy sauce, one spoon of vinegar, a little sugar and MSG, one spoon of pepper oil, half a spoon of sesame oil and pepper noodles, two spoons of red oil chili, one spoon of ginger and garlic paste, and chopped green onion to the vegetables in the bowl.

  7. Mix all seasonings well.

  8. Finally, serve and sprinkle with scallions.
