Avocado Pasta
Overview
Avocado is a good thing, and I only started eating it recently. My current favorite is the salad mixed with fragrant pears that I posted earlier. Today I will try to mix it with pasta. I personally think it is quite good. Lemon juice can be added as appropriate. Add a few drops less to enhance the taste and more to relieve the greasiness.

The flesh of a fully ripe avocado is removed and pressed into puree.

Slice tomatoes (ordinary tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, or millennia fruits are acceptable), and chop sausage or bacon into thin slices.

Cook the pasta according to the actual time on the package and let it sit aside. I cooked it for about 8 minutes.

Put a small amount of olive oil in the pan, add the chopped sausage and fry for a while.

Add tomatoes and fry for a few times.

Pour in the pasta and stir-fry briefly.

Add avocado puree, salt, cheese powder, garlic powder and stir well.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of lemon juice to the plate and grind a little black pepper.
