Add peppercorns, cumin and star anise over low heat, pour in half a bowl of water and simmer for 5 minutes.

Filter and set aside.

Cut the lamb leg into coin-thick slices, pour in half a bowl of seasoning water and mix well.

Add sugar, 1 tablespoon cumin powder, salt, black pepper, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, onion, ginger and garlic and mix well.

Add sesame oil and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, mix well and marinate for two hours.

Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan, add the mutton slices and fry until they change color, then take them out immediately.

In another pot, add 1 tablespoon of the remaining oil from frying the meat and add the mutton slices.

Add cooked white sesame seeds and 1/2 spoon of cumin powder and stir-fry evenly. Add green onions and coriander segments and stir-fry quickly.
