  2. Wash and soak for 10 to 20 minutes.

  3. Cut into long strips and tie into kelp knots. If you cut it longer, you can tie a few more at a time and then cut them in sections. This is better than tying them one by one.

  4. Tie into a small kelp knot and set aside.

  5. Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add small kelp knots and blanch them for a few minutes.

  7. Appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic.

  8. Appropriate amount of millet, pepper and lemon.

  9. Put onion, ginger, garlic, millet, pepper, and lemon in a bowl.

  10. Season with appropriate amount of light soy sauce, mature vinegar, sesame oil, and a little salt.
