Youyuan
Overview
Youyuan is our local name, but it is also called Youdunzi in other places. It is thin batter wrapped with vegetable fillings and fried in a special mold. It is delicious while hot, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I ate it a lot when I was a kid, and now I cook it once in a while, which makes me feel nostalgic 😄
