Green wort red bean bread
Overview
I participated in the 2016 Everyone is a Foodie event and won a prize. The prize was an ACA GT400 smart oven. First of all, thank you to the food world! Thank you ACA for the great product! When I received the oven, my first impression was that it was very heavy. Compared with ovens of the same capacity, this one is several kilograms heavier than other brands. ACA's solid workmanship is impressive. I have been familiar with this oven in the past few days. It is also a smart oven. The operation of this oven is very simple. You can easily handle various functions by turning the knob. The temperature control space is large, so you don’t have to worry about the bread getting burned when baking. The first bake in the new oven was this red bean bread. I got a pound of flour and baked 3 loaves. I have to say that the temperature control is really accurate, and the preheating function with automatic alarm makes the baking process so easy! This oven is the best choice for baking enthusiasts. It has a large capacity of 40 liters and has all kinds of smart functions. Anyway, with it, I no longer feel that the oven cannot meet certain requirements every time I use it. You can imagine it, and this oven can do it for you! Not much to say, let’s take a look at my first experience. The first thing the smart oven bakes is this green wheat juice red bean bread. I squeeze out the green wheat juice to make green dough, and squeeze out more. The rest is used to make this bread. I use sugar-free red beans, and use olive oil as the oil. It is a very healthy and delicious bread, and it is very soft

Ingredients
Steps
-
Green wheat juice is made from 70 grams of green wheat and water. Pour the required amount of green wheat juice into the bread barrel, and pour the salt, sugar, and eggs into the bread barrel. For the sugar, I used the powdered sugar sifted from the candied ginger slices. You can use white sugar instead
-
Then add bread flour and yeast powder
-
Stir for a few minutes. If there is no dry dough, stop the bread machine for about 5 minutes and add olive oil. This is the post-oiling method, so that the film will be better and faster
-
Then start the dough kneading program and knead the dough to the expansion stage,
-
That is, you can pull out the glove film
-
Then keep warm and ferment until doubled in size.
-
I don’t like red beans that have been steamed in advance and are too sweet, so I use sugar-free red beans. If you like sweeter ones, you can add honey red beans
-
Deflate the fermented dough and divide it into 3 pieces, cover it with a cloth and let it sit for 10 minutes,
-
Then roll it out, spread it with red beans, and roll it up
-
The ACAGT400 makes its debut. The function key is rotated to the fermentation function. The temperature control of the fermentation function key is adjustable from 30 to 60 degrees. It can ferment rice wine, yogurt and defrost at any time. Today I made bread at a temperature of 38 degrees, which is suitable for bread fermentation, and set the time for 1 hour
-
Brush the surface with water and then cover it with sesame seeds. I slightly crushed the sesame seeds to make them more fragrant.
-
Put the bread in and pour a small bowl of water into the bottom baking pan to ensure humidity during the fermentation process and prevent the surface of the bread from drying out. It actually took 45 minutes to ferment. The time button can be adjusted at any time during the work. It is very user-friendly
-
Take out the fermented bread and cut it. The mouth should be cut until the red beans are exposed, so that they will not crack easily when roasted
-
Just put the bread in, press the time button lightly, and the bread will start baking, and it will be baked in 18 minutes. Because this is my first time using it, I set the time a little too long when I first set it. Next time I can just set the required time. The time can be accurate to 1 minute, which is really great!
-
The oven selects up and down baking heating air circulation, and the temperature is 180 degrees. Then press the function button, and the oven will automatically enter the preheating function. When the preheating is completed, it will alarm

The cut on the top of the baked bread on the right was too shallow, causing a crack on the edge. Be sure to cut through.

Cut it open and look at the red beans wrapped in good beans. It’s a delicious bread and a very healthy recipe
