Spring cake
Overview
To be honest, I have never made spring pancakes before. I always feel that it is not easy to make them. The pancakes are too thin and I am worried that they will burn if I am not careful. However, today I used a Panasonic IH induction heating rice cooker to bake the dough. I can roll out the dough and bake the pancakes at the same time without feeling fussy at all. Moreover, the pancakes in the pan will never burn, which is great for a novice like me. The baked pancakes are chewy and delicious when rolled into shredded potatoes~~
