  1. Chiba tofu slices.

  2. Cut celery into sections, chop green and red peppers, and soak fungus.

  3. Slice plum meat.

  4. Slice garlic.

  5. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce to the plum meat and marinate for a while.

  6. Add oil to the pot, add marinated meat and stir-fry until it changes color, then set aside.

  7. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add tofu and fry until the surface is slightly brown, then set aside.

  8. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and stir-fry the garlic slices, green and red peppers.

  9. Add Chiba tofu and meat slices.

  10. Add tempeh.

  11. Add fungus.

  12. Stir fry evenly.

  13. Add appropriate amounts of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and water.

  14. Bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer until the tofu is fragrant.

  15. Add celery.

  16. Stir fry for a while.

  17. Finished product.
