Cut the tofu skin into small pieces.

Wash and cut green peppers.

Chop some onions and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and shallot until fragrant, add soybean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add green pepper and stir-fry until raw.

Add the tofu skin and stir-fry. Add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and stir-fry for half a minute.
