Stir-fried lotus root with chive flowers and ham sausage
Overview
The lotus root and ham sausage originally planned for this dish were cut into shreds, mainly to cater to the chive flowers. Because I had a cold, I felt a little uncomfortable, and I almost lost the mood to cut vegetables and cook.

Ingredients: lotus root, chive flowers (washed and cut into sections), ham sausage (unpacked)

Wash and peel the lotus roots.

Place on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Place the unwrapped ham on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped lotus roots and stir-fry.

Then, add appropriate amount of water.
