Small fish sauce
Overview
It is a traditional condiment from Yongle District, Leishan County, Qiandongnan Miao Autonomous Prefecture, also known as Yongle fish sauce or spicy fish sauce. It is a delicious traditional cooking product of the Miao ethnic group. It has sour, sweet, salty and fragrant flavors. Adding an appropriate amount of fish sauce when cooking or cooking hot pot will make the dishes particularly delicious. It can not only increase appetite, but also strengthen the stomach.
