Overview

It is a traditional condiment from Yongle District, Leishan County, Qiandongnan Miao Autonomous Prefecture, also known as Yongle fish sauce or spicy fish sauce. It is a delicious traditional cooking product of the Miao ethnic group. It has sour, sweet, salty and fragrant flavors.
