Appropriate amount of dried tofu shreds.

Soak in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes.

Shower water control.

Wash the tender autumn cucumbers, pat them and cut them into small sections.

Millet pepper, minced garlic, coriander.

Put cucumber, millet pepper, minced garlic and coriander on top of shredded tofu.

Season with appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, mature vinegar, sesame oil, and pepper oil.

Mix well and serve.
