200g sweet beans, 100g tenderloin, 1 purple carrot, 1 green onion.

Wash the sweet beans, blanch them in water for half a minute, take them out and let them cool until dry.

Slice the purple carrots, chop the green onions, slice the tenderloin, add some soy sauce, starch and cooking oil to fry.
